The presented scientific work investigates the urgent problem of providing agricultural irrigation systems with energy in the context of the growing shortage of traditional energy sources and the current energy crisis in Ukraine. In conditions of systematic destruction of critical infrastructure and frequent planned/emergency power outages, which makes it impossible to operate traditional pumping stations stably, the use of autonomous, non-volatile power sources acquires strategic importance.
A deep analysis of existing technical solutions was performed and the choice of an autonomous wind power plant as the main power source for pumping equipment was justified. The key parameters of the drive system were determined, which have a decisive impact on the overall efficiency of the system. For this purpose, a complex mathematical model was developed that describes the dynamics of the “wind turbine - drive - pump” system, which takes into account the aerodynamic power of the wind, the dependence of the power coefficient Cp on the speed 𝜆, the equation of motion of the system with an equivalent moment of inertia and the hydraulic characteristics of the pump. An original methodology for optimizing the operating characteristics of a wind turbine and a pumping unit is proposed, aimed at ensuring stable and reliable water supply, despite the changes and fluctuations inherent in wind loads. During the modeling, it was found that the drive gear ratio parameter is critical for performance: the optimal option with a gear ratio i=15 provided the best matching of the characteristics of the system elements and the highest average wind energy utilization factor. The practical application of the research results lies in the possibility of installing such autonomous stations near natural or artificial reservoirs to organize independent irrigation of agricultural lands within a radius of up to 1000 meters. This solution minimizes the dependence of farms on external energy networks, ensures uninterrupted water supply during critical periods of plant vegetation, and increases the stability of agribusiness in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of the country.

In June 1994 the 2nd International Scientific and Technical Conference "Application of vibrations for technological purposes" was organized on the basis of Vinnytsia State Agricultural Institute. Leading experts in this field, noting the significant contribution to the school of Vibration Engineering under the leadership of P. S. Bernyk, proposed to create a professional all-Ukrainian scientific and technical journal "Vibration in engineering and technology..The journal was foundedat Vinnytsia State Agricultural Institute and P.S. Bernyk was elected to be the chief editor .
For all these years (since 1994) theJournal "vibration in engineering and technology" published 94 issues wherestudy of vibration effects, the creation of progressive energy saving technologies and equipment for their implementation were highlighted.
Currently Kaletnik H.M PhD , professor, academician NAAS is the chief editor of the "Vibrations in engineering and Technology"
The journal "Vibration in Engineering and technology", which has no analogues on the territory of Ukraine, is well known abroad.
