Journal History
In June 1994, the 2nd International Scientific and Technical Conference “Application of Oscillations for Technological Purposes” was organized and held at the Vinnytsia State Agricultural Institute. Leading experts in this field, recognizing the significant contribution of the Vinnytsia school of vibration engineering under the leadership of Pavlo S. Bernyk, proposed the establishment of a specialized All-Ukrainian scientific and technical journal “Vibrations in Engineering and Technologies.”
The journal was founded at the Vinnytsia State Agricultural Institute, with Pavlo S. Bernyk elected as Editor-in-Chief. Over the years, 119 issues of the journal have been published, covering a wide range of topics related to the study of vibration effects, the development of advanced energy-efficient technologies, and equipment for their implementation.
Currently, the Editor-in-Chief of the journal “Vibrations in Engineering and Technologies” is Ihor Kupchuk, PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor, and Deputy Dean for Research of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology.
The journal “Vibrations in Engineering and Technologies” has no direct analogues in Ukraine and is well recognized internationally.
