Archiving and long-term preservation policy
The journal ensures the long-term preservation of published materials and their accessibility to users in accordance with the principles of open access and modern standards for scientific publications.
Full texts of articles are posted on the journal’s official website upon publication and remain in open access with no time limit. Archival materials are stored as electronic versions of journal issues and individual articles in formats that ensure long-term usability and reproduction.
To ensure the reliable storage and accessibility of scientific materials, electronic copies of articles are submitted to the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine and are hosted on the "Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine" portal, which provides state archiving for scientific publications.
Journal materials may also be indexed in international information systems and scientific databases, including Index Copernicus, as well as in the institutional repositories of the publishing organization and other electronic archiving systems.
To ensure long-term information preservation, modern technical means for electronic data storage are utilized, including regular backups and the maintenance of electronic archives on the publishing institution's server resources.
The editorial board monitors the integrity, relevance, and accessibility of electronic materials. In the event of technical transitions or infrastructure updates, archival materials are migrated to ensure no loss of content or structure.
The archiving policy is aimed at guaranteeing the long-term availability of scientific materials, their storage and their continued use in educational, scientific and practical activities.
