Annotation

Carrying out the researches of the effectiveness work of the vibration systems is an actual applied problem, because they enable to optimize the vibration operation itself in terms of increasing its time intensity, reducing material and energy costs for its implementation, and minimizing the harmful effects on the environment. Adequate carrying out of research data with the possibility of their further automation is not real without a thorough mathematical description of both the vibration system itself and its technological environments in particular. Realization of this problem is possible, due to the construction of nonlinear mathematical models of describing the functioning of the vibrating type processing systems, as a whole, and its components, in particular, the construction of models of their technological environments.

In the article, a nonlinear mathematical model for describing the dynamics of technological environments of the vibrating-type processing systems, which takes into account the physical and mechanical properties of the parts of the processing environment and the processed articles (blanks), is constructed. The model obtained with the using of asymptotic methods of nonlinear mechanics enables analytically investigate the influence of environmental parameters on the efficiency of the functioning of the vibration system in order to optimize it both at the design stage and in the choice of operating modes. It can be included in the complex model for investigation of the dynamic processes of vibration type processing systems or be a part of systems of its automated calculations. Based on the model was investigated and analyzed the established and transitional dynamic processes, what happens in the technological environment during the surface vibration strengthening of products.

History of journal:

In June 1994 the 2nd International Scientific and Technical Conference "Application of vibrations for technological purposes" was organized on the basis of Vinnytsia State Agricultural Institute. Leading experts in this field, noting the significant contribution to the school of Vibration Engineering under the leadership of P. S. Bernyk, proposed to create a professional all-Ukrainian scientific and technical journal "Vibration in engineering and technology..The journal was foundedat Vinnytsia State Agricultural Institute and P.S. Bernyk was elected to be the chief editor .
For all these years (since 1994) theJournal "vibration in engineering and technology" published  94 issues wherestudy of vibration effects, the creation of progressive energy saving technologies and equipment for their implementation were highlighted.
Currently Kaletnik H.M  PhD , professor, academician NAAS is the chief editor of the "Vibrations in engineering  and Technology"
The journal "Vibration in Engineering and technology", which has no analogues on the territory of Ukraine, is well known abroad.
